Meeting Information

The Kingston Community Advisory Council meets the second Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. (except in July) at the Village Green Community Center, 26159 Dulay Road NE in Kingston. KCAC regular meeting agendas are posted below. A hybrid option via Zoom is also available for the public. The public is welcome to attend these meetings to stay informed and engaged. There are opportunities for public comment.

Public Comments

For members of the public joining the meeting virtually who wish to comment during designated public comment, please use the Q&A feature of the Zoom meeting to type in questions and comments. For those unable to type in a question, please click on the raise hand feature and sound will be unmuted. The participant will be called upon to speak at the appropriate time.

Call-In Users

Callers will be unmuted one at a time and asked whether the caller wishes to offer public comment.  The last four digits of the call-in number will be announced, and call-in participants should announce their First and Last name before speaking.

Written Comments

Written comments will be read during the public comment period if submitted to hnanderson@kitsap.gov by 12 p.m. on the day of the meeting.  Comments read are limited to two minutes.

To ensure written public comments are read at the proper meeting, written statement should include:

The date of the meeting the written comments are intended for;

Participant's First and Last Name and whether they live in Kitsap County; and

Agenda Item and/or subject the written comments refer to.

About Us

The Kingston Community Advisory Council provides a discussion forum for community interests and issues. The Council enhances communication between Kingston-area residents and Kitsap County government, and coordinates efforts of the many council and community residents working to improve the Kingston community. KCAC members represent Kingston's broad interests, and work together to proactively address community interests and concerns.

Resolution 030-2002 established the Kingston Community Advisory Council February 4, 2002 (formerly known as Kingston Citizens Advisory Council)
